1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl28," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the jl28 gaming platform accessible at jl28.cam and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the jl28 website at jl28.cam, including all gaming services, tools, and features made available therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl28 Platform.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's jl28 Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet in eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jl28. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jl28. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where jl28 identifies multiple Accounts connected to the same individual, jl28 reserves the right to close all but the original Account and forfeit any balances in the duplicate Accounts.

2.4 jl28 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, if it suspects that the applicant does not meet eligibility requirements or poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

2.5 By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl28 Account login credentials, including your password and any SMS verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your jl28 Account, whether or not authorized by you. jl28 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

3.3 You must notify jl28 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3.4 Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your jl28 Account or any funds held within it to any other person.

3.5 jl28 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jl28 may result in suspension of withdrawals or temporary Account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals at jl28 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and certain cryptocurrency options. jl28 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposits are credited to your jl28 Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. jl28 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. jl28 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 30–90 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to operational requirements. jl28 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts which are disclosed on the withdrawal page.

4.5 jl28 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jl28 will notify the Player and act in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4.6 Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. jl28 does not deduct or withhold taxes on behalf of Players unless required to do so by applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jl28 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Until the applicable wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn from your Account.

5.3 Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire within the validity period will be removed from your Account without compensation.

5.4 jl28 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit at any time if it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in bonus abuse, used strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploited a technical error.

5.5 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless jl28 explicitly states otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in permanent Account closure.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on jl28 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or event type. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a bet.

6.2 Bets placed using insufficient Account Balance will not be accepted. jl28 does not extend credit to Players.

6.3 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jl28 system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where jl28 expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances.

6.4 In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or manifest error in odds or payouts, jl28 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. jl28 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

6.5 jl28 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where jl28 suspects match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl28 Platform. Engagement in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, bots, or artificial intelligence;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers through coordinated play, hedging, or any method designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl28 staff, live dealers, or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the jl28 Platform's technical infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 jl28 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We operate in compliance with applicable responsible gaming guidelines and provide all registered Players with access to a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Players may access responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

8.3 Self-exclusion is a voluntary option available to any Player who wishes to take a break from gaming. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, no marketing communications will be sent, and jl28 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from creating a new Account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

8.4 jl28 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during its active period. Players seeking to reinstate an Account after a self-exclusion period must contact support and undergo a reinstatement review, which may include a reflection period at jl28's discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jl28 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, visual designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of jl28 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl28 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl28 content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The jl28 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl28 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 jl28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game malfunctions, technical outages, third-party payment processor delays, or internet connectivity issues.

10.3 jl28's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jl28's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 jl28 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to jl28's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 jl28 may share your information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC/AML service providers where required by applicable law or where jl28 has a legitimate interest in doing so for the purpose of preventing fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

12. Termination

12.1 You may close your jl28 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending or voided bets) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

12.2 Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

12.3 jl28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, applicable law has been violated, or continued Account operation poses a legal, financial, or regulatory risk to jl28.

12.4 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jl28 may withhold any Balance pending investigation, and may permanently forfeit such Balance if the investigation concludes that a material breach occurred.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jl28's internal complaints process.

13.2 To raise a formal complaint with jl28, contact our support team in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." jl28 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

13.3 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing jl28's operations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jl28 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

14.2 Your continued use of the jl28 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
